The second door

The Rope

Your offer no longer fits what you have become. Five days in the Alps. By the last night the new one is live, with a price you can say out loud.

Next Rope: on request. Eight seats. One call with me before every seat.

Who it’s for

For owners who know their craft and sell something the buyer is better off for having bought. You have been in business for years, you have customers, and you can feel that your offer no longer fits what you have become. Whether you treat, teach, make, trade or run a team is secondary.

Not for people who have never sold anything. Not for people looking for harmony; in the circle, what is true gets said. And not for people who want a coach. I don’t sit beside you. I go ahead, and you come along.

The question

The Business X-Ray gets out of your business what is already there. Sometimes it shows something else on the way. You are not losing money anywhere. You have spent years selling an offer you no longer stand behind. It runs, but it is not yours any more. You changed. Your offer did not.

Optimising doesn’t help then. What helps is the one question you cannot ask yourself at your desk, because the phone rings there: what is the offer you no longer have to bend yourself for?

You don’t answer that question at a screen. You answer it when your head is empty, your body tired and the view wide. Hence the mountain.

What happens

  1. Before the mountain

    The call

One hour, you and me, alone. I want to know what you can do, what you sell, and where the two come apart. Afterwards we both decide whether you are in.

  2. On the mountain

    Five days

A house in the Alps. Eight owners. A mountain guide for everything in the terrain. In the morning we move: hiking, ski touring or climbing, depending on the season and the group. You do not have to be an athlete. You have to be willing to move. In the afternoon, the circle. Everyone gets their place in the middle. I read what you can do at your core. Out of that we build the one offer you can sell without bending, with a price. The other seven tell you what they would buy and what they would not. That is worth more than any survey you will ever run.

  3. On the last night

    Your offer is live

Not on a sheet of paper. Online. During the week the Frequenz-Prinzip team builds your offer page out of what comes up in the circle. On the fifth evening you show it to the other seven, with a price and a button. You do not drive home with a feeling. You drive home with an address you can pass on.

  4. After the mountain

    Base Camp

Anyone who wants to meets the other seven and me once a month online and shows what became of the offer. Base Camp is part of it, for as long as you want it.

What you take with you

This is the work I have been doing with Frequenz-Prinzip for years, compressed into five days and one mountain. First your essence: what you can do at your core, and what people come to you for even when they cannot name it. Then your operating principle: the way you do it that nobody can copy, because it is you. Out of that comes your positioning. Who you are there for, and what people call you in for. And out of that comes an offer with a price you can say out loud the Monday after without going red. On the fifth evening it is live.

Who I am

I spent twelve years as an executive in trading, sales and strategy, and I built four companies. I know first-hand what it feels like to run something that no longer fits you. For the past six years I have worked with people who can do something others need, on their essence and their offer; with Frequenz-Prinzip we turn that into positioning and websites. The feedback I get most often is that I see what someone can do at their core before they can say it themselves. I’m a freerider and a climber, and the best decisions of my life were not made at a desk.

Questions

A five-day format by Ludusnovus in the Alps. Eight owners, one house, one mountain guide. Movement in the morning, the circle in the afternoon. By the last night your new offer is live, with a price. It costs 8,900 dollars including lodging, meals and the guide. There is one call with me before every seat.
You have to be able and willing to walk. Everything in the terrain is led by a mountain guide, and nobody has to climb who doesn’t want to.
No. A retreat ends with a feeling and a notebook. The Rope ends with an address you can pass on. And an offer that can be sold the Monday after, with a price and a button. Not almost finished. Finished.
Then you spent five days hearing from eight people what they would buy. You know more than you did. And in the call beforehand I only take people where I can see that it works.
Yes, and most people do. The Business X-Ray gets out what is there. The Rope builds what is missing. How it works is on its own page: The Business X-Ray
Frequenz-Prinzip is the agency I build positioning and websites with. On the mountain the work happens, in the valley it becomes a page. Both are the same method.

Next Rope: on request

Put your name down and I’ll get in touch for the call. Afterwards we both decide.

One call with me before every seat. Eight seats.
